Well, I am 19 now. Kinda crazy... the age where you really don't get to do anything. In the legal world, you're still everything an 18 year old is.

I passed my EMT written exam... scored 131 of 150, needed 105 to pass. So this means I passed the EMT class, and then I take the NYS EMT certification written exam on May 10. That exam will be very similar to the one I just took. Now, this Saturday I have my practical exam, which I should be ready for. I am set with the two major stations, trauma and medical assessment, where omitting minor details like assessing and verbalizing skin color will make you fail that station. There are six stations you must pass, which also include bag valve mask ventilations, cardiac arrest management with defibrillation, spinal immoblization, and one random station picked from 7 skills.

I have a prelim exam in my intro engineering course tomorrow night. I'm hoping it's not too hard. I went to a 1.5 hour review session tonight, and it helps to know what might be on the exam. We're allowed one sheet of notes into the exam, but knowing what to put on that sheet helps!

I hope your Easter weekends went well! Mine was rather uneventful... took a day off from lifeguarding. Then my birthday on Monday was also pretty uneventful, but did get several gifts and cards in the mail (Ithaca really can deliver mail on birthdays??) and in e-mail (thanks again!).

Looking forward to returning home... Just 2 1/2 weeks left of classes. Heck let's count by days, that's more fun. Only 11 days of classes remaining, then a week to study, and two days of final exams. Then I pack up and return home on May 17th, all ready to start up a daily routine of work that actually pays, and plenty of relaxation. That's what all summers should be!
